Engineer Ahmed Kadri is a leading figure in Egypt’s real estate development sector. As the CEO of both SAK Developments and Kadri Venture Capital, his remarkable journey started in Mansoura, where he was born in 1986. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Kadri quickly advanced from a hands-on site engineer to a general manager. After establishing a solid foundation in Mansoura, he relocated to Cairo and founded SAK in 2018. His extensive portfolio includes over 20 successful real estate projects, with investments expanding into retail, fashion, and fintech across Egypt, as well as real estate developments in Ras Al-Khaimah, Dubai, UAE.
